All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.  Resale is prohibited.

By attending Hedgeye Live, you agree to comply with all event guidelines, as they have been, and will be, communicated from time to time.  No unauthorized recording of any kind will be permitted.

By purchasing a ticket to Hedgeye Live, or by attending Hedgeye Live, you voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the event and waive all claims against Hedgeye and Hedgeye Live partners and sponsors.  Event schedule and guests are subject to change.  Hedgeye and its partners are not responsible for any damages resulting from the event. If Hedgeye Live is canceled in full, your sole remedy is a refund in the amount of your admission ticket. Admission and participation are subject to your compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances and associated guidelines.

By attending Hedgeye Live, you acknowledge and agree that Hedgeye and our partners may photograph and film the event and that your voice and/or image may be captured on these recordings (“Photographs and Videos”). You authorize Hedgeye and its partners to reproduce and distribute these Photographs and Videos included in Hedgeye’s recordings to broadcast, promote, and publicize Hedgeye Live and future Hedgeye events.
